Getting Our Customer Back on Track...
As the Swan kitchen is an integral part of the charity mainly ran by volunteers, it gives others the opportunity to gain new skills and qualifications in catering environments for both in house and external catering. Ultra cooling were proud to be part of this project that makes a difference to the community and those within our home city, thanks to the dedicated work of volunteers.
Plan Of Action
During some planned renovations our customer approached us to find a solution to their kitchens needs. For this to run smoothly they wanted a more organised and stream lined approach to organising their stock.
Equipment Chosen
After carrying out a detailed site survey and working on a budget which would not compromise reliability this is the equipment we proposed.
x1 Mercastus Walk In Cold Room
For this occasion we went with a Mercastus Cold Room. A full kit room with an integrated refrigerated unit in the side wall, fixed position for the door including shelving therefore a perfect solution for the kitchen.
